The Psychosocial Strategy Review

Closing the Gap Between Your Safety Frameworks and Your People.

We partner with Boards and Principals to move beyond simple compliance. We identify the root causes of systemic risk and build the Organisational Capability required to sustain high performance.

'You Cannot Fix a Systemic Hazard With a Wellbeing Fruit Bowl.'

Most schools are 'Data Rich' but 'Insight Poor.' You have the engagement surveys and the anecdotal feedback. You know your staff are tired.

But standard reviews often provide data without direction. They tell you that you have a risk, but not how to build the capacity to fix it.

We Separate the Signal From the Noise.

ThriveWise acts as a strategic partner to your HR and OHS teams. We don't replace your existing compliance audits; we complete the picture.

We diagnose the Implementation Gap—the distance between your policy (what you say) and your people (what they experience). We give the Executive Team a clear Scope & Sequence to turn 'Psychosocial Safety' from a compliance burden into a cultural asset.

The Framework: The 4 Systemic Domains

We map the 14 Psychosocial Hazards against your Organisational Capability.

1. The Individual Domain (The Role)

Is the Role Sustainable?

We map hazards related to 'Role Overload,' 'Job Control,' and 'Role Clarity.' We ask: Has this role been designed in a way that allows a human to succeed?

2. The Team Domain (The Culture)

Is the Team Safe?

We identify the relational risks related to 'Workplace Conflict,' 'Bullying,' and 'Lack of Support'—the hidden friction points between colleagues that drain capability.

3. The Leadership Domain (The Decisions)

Is the System Fair?

We evaluate the integrity of decision-making, looking at 'Change Management,' 'Recognition,' and 'Organisational Justice.' Do your leaders have the capability to lead through stress?

4. The Structural Domain (The Resourcing)

Is the Support There?

We review the systems of work that protect staff capacity. We assess Cognitive Load—looking at whether the environment supports deep work and recovery rather than just physical safety. For hazards like Trauma or Violence, we focus on Response Protocols, ensuring that when an incident occurs, there is a clear psychological pathway for staff recovery.

Our Process: From Diagnosis to Delivery

We Don't Just Hand You a Report and Walk Away.

We partner with you to diagnose the issue, design the solution, and build the capability to deliver it.

Phase 1: The Diagnostic

The Evidence Review.

We review your existing artefacts—policies, handbooks, and engagement data—to identify 'Operational Gaps.' We look for where the system is blocking performance.

  • The Output: A strategic profile of your current systemic health.

Phase 2: The Contextual Inquiry

The Lived Experience.

Data tells us what is happening; people tell us why. We facilitate Strategic Executive Discovery sessions and confidential Focus Groups to map the 'Work as Done.'

  • The Output: A qualitative analysis of the root causes of cultural risk.

Phase 3: The Roadmap

The Scope & Sequence.

We synthesise our findings into a strategic path forward. We don't just give you a list of risks; we give you a sequence of solutions.

  • The Output: A 12-Month Implementation Roadmap that prioritises high-impact changes.

Phase 4: Systemic Implementation

The Build.

Unlike standard consultants, we stay to help you execute the plan.

  • Stream A (Cultural Capability): Targeted staff training and leadership coaching to upskill your teams.

  • Stream B (Operational Infrastructure): Designing and refining your Handbooks and Protocols to ensure they are practically usable.
