Closing the gap between Your Frameworks and Your People.
Meeting the new Psychosocial Safety Standards isn't just about having the right document; it's about having a system that works. We partner with Boards to audit the 'Implementation Gap'—ensuring your safety strategy is structurally sound and culturally embedded.
ThriveWise delivers a dual-lens approach to safety. We combine Governance Design with Human Dynamics.
Many organisations suffer from a disconnect between 'Work as Imagined' (The Paperwork) and 'Work as Done' (The Reality). We apply a rigorous methodology to close this gap.
The Governance Lens (Structure): We audit your frameworks to ensure they are operationally sound and robust. We look beyond compliance to ask: Is this policy usable? Does it protect the staff in the real world?
The Human Lens (Culture): We audit your staff culture to identify psychosocial risks. We map the 'Lived Experience' to identify where the system is breaking down and driving burnout.
We use an evidence-based methodology to review the integrity of your safety systems across three critical phases.
Led by Genevieve Peterson
A practical review of your current documentation.
We Review: OHS Policies, Duty of Care Protocols, Staff Codes of Conduct, and Risk Frameworks.
The Goal: To ensure your policies are not just 'compliant on paper,' but act as practical tools that staff can actually use.
The Output: A Gap Analysis identifying where your documentation is vague, outdated, or disconnected from operations.
Led by Jen Hanson-Peterson
A qualitative assessment of the staff experience.
We Conduct: Focus Groups, Anonymous Surveys, and Leadership Interviews.
The Goal: To map the 'Work as Done.' We identify the specific friction points where the policy isn't translating into practice (e.g., Role Overload, Poor Support, or Vicarious Trauma).
The Strategic Roadmap & Uplift
We provide a comprehensive plan to build the skills required to deliver on your strategy.
Operational Capability: Training leaders on how to operationalise policy (e.g., Managing Disclosures, Dynamic Risk Management).
Relational Capability: Training staff on how to manage the emotional demands of the role (e.g., Tuning in to Students®, Trauma-Informed Practice).
Usable Frameworks: Policies that are clear, accessible, and practically applicable.
Operational Integrity: Ensure that your safety systems actually function when tested.
Staff Trust: Improving retention by addressing the systemic issues causing burnout.
