Intentional Leaders. Aligned Teams.

At ThriveWise, we partner with leaders and their teams to build workplaces where people genuinely enjoy working together and do great work. In high-pressure environments, it is easy to get stuck on autopilot. As demands pile up, communication gets messy, simple tasks feel heavier, and team burnout becomes a real risk.

Real cohesion does not come from rigid policies or superficial team-building exercises. It happens when people understand how they are uniquely wired — what motivates them, what trips them up under stress, and how they naturally communicate.

Our work builds the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and trust that teams need to navigate everyday challenges together. By focusing on how people actually relate to one another, we help schools and organisations ease friction, keep great people, and create cultures where everyone can truly thrive.

The ThriveWise Methodology

Our work brings together psychological insight with practical, everyday workplace outcomes, grounded in two globally recognised frameworks:

  • The iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram: An advanced psychometric assessment trusted globally by organisations including McKinsey, NASA, Nike, and Google. It provides a shared, non-judgemental language to understand habits, unhook from stress triggers, and smooth out everyday friction.

  • The IECL Organisational Coaching Framework: An evidence-based methodology that keeps conversations focused, practical, and tied directly to how you lead and make decisions day to day.

Our Services

We offer two distinct pathways designed to strengthen leadership capability, build relational trust, and help diverse teams work together with clarity.

Service 1: Leadership & Executive Coaching

Leading a team is both rewarding and demanding. When daily pressures force you into reactive mode, blind spots can inadvertently lead to communication breakdowns or team fatigue.

This program provides a trusted, confidential space to unpack your leadership challenges, expand your emotional intelligence, and leave each session with clear, actionable strategies to lead your team with clarity and composure.

Session 1: The Foundation of Self-Awareness: A confidential, non-judgmental debrief of your comprehensive 42-page iEQ9 Professional Report. Together, we explore how you naturally carry responsibility, communicate under pressure, and navigate stress — mapping out clear, practical pathways for personal and professional growth.

Sessions 2–6: Navigating the Work: Using the structured IECL coaching approach, we focus on your real workplace reality. You will set clear goals and build the everyday habits needed to guide your team with calm confidence, clarity, and genuine trust.

  • Format: 6 × 60-minute 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (spanning 3–6 months)

  • Approach: iEQ9 Professional Report + IECL Organisational Coaching Framework

  • Delivery: In-person across Melbourne (at your workplace or an offsite location) or virtually (available nationally and internationally)

Service 2: The Team Alignment Program

Great teams do not happen by chance. They happen when diverse individuals understand each other's different lenses and how to work to each other’s strengths. Effective collaboration relies on recognising that a colleague wired for precision approaches complex challenges differently than someone wired for fast action or relational connection.

This program takes a practical, relational approach to team development. By helping everyone grow in self-awareness and emotional intelligence, we help your team understand different working styles, strengthen trust, and align individual strengths with your strategic goals.

Stage 1: Individual Insights & Confidential Debriefs: Every team member completes the iEQ9 assessment, followed by a private 1-on-1 debrief of their individual iEQ9 Professional Report. This gives each person a safe, confidential space to understand their own personality patterns, habits, motivators, and stress triggers before coming together as a group.

Stage 2: Team Dynamics Mapping & Alignment Workshop: Drawing on your aggregate iEQ9 Team Report, we facilitate an interactive, practical workshop tailored to your team's context and strategic goals. Together, we map your collective personality type or ‘Team Style’ — looking at how your group handles pressure, where communication flows easily, where misunderstandings tend to happen, and how to work more effectively as a team.

  • Format: Individual Questionnaires + Private 1-on-1 Debriefs + Facilitated Team Workshop

  • Approach: iEQ9 Individual & Team Reports + Context-Driven Facilitation

  • Delivery: In-person across Melbourne (on-site or offsite) or live virtually
