Our journey begins with the iEQ9 Enneagram, not to put you in a box, but to give you a profound map of your inner world. In this debrief, we move beyond theory to explore your core motivations, communication style, and stress patterns. You will leave with a powerful new language to understand your 'why', providing the foundational clarity you need to lead yourself and support others more effectively.
Sessions 2, 3 & 4: Your Practice | Deep-Dive Coaching (60 Minutes Each)
These three sessions are where we transform insight into action. Spaced 2-3 weeks apart, they provide a consistent rhythm of support where I serve as your dedicated thinking partner. We will work directly with your real-world challenges — whether navigating a difficult conversation or managing team dynamics — to build the practical habits of conscious leadership. You will learn to navigate complexity with less reactivity and a renewed sense of purpose, making a lasting impact on your community.
