​It is a journey of building the deep emotional intelligence that creates a powerful ripple effect of wellbeing, starting with the leader and flowing outwards so that the entire school community can flourish.

​The ThriveWise Pathway below is my 'gold standard,' three-step process — the most powerful sequence for creating this deep and lasting change. However, I recognise that every school's context is unique. The best place to begin is with a conversation where we can determine the most effective journey for you and your team.

The Leader's Compass

1:1 Leadership Coaching

What it is: Our journey begins with you. Whether you’re a Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Wellbeing / Pastoral Care, or Head of Department, this term-long coaching journey is a confidential space for you as an individual to build the inner clarity and composure you need to more effectively lead and support your community. It’s the essential foundation for leading from the inside out, moving beyond a single insight to build the real-world habits of conscious leadership that create sustainable change.

The Process: The journey consists of a 90-minute iEQ9 Enneagram debrief, followed by three 60-minute coaching sessions across the term. In these confidential sessions, we will work together to explore:

  • Your core motivations, strengths, and potential blind spots.

  • Your unique communication, decision-making, and leadership styles.

  • How you behave and react under stress and in conflict.

  • Your clear, actionable path towards personal and professional integration.

The Outcome: You will gain profound clarity on your unique leadership style and the 'why' behind your patterns. You will leave with the relational insight and perspective to understand your impact on others and the practical wisdom to navigate complexity with greater composure, less reactivity, and a renewed sense of purpose, strengthening your ability to be the anchor your community needs.

Charting the Course

Leadership Team Workshop

What it is: The natural next step is to bring your leadership team into the process. This foundational full-day workshop is designed for any intact school team — from your Senior Leadership, Wellbeing, or Pastoral Care teams to a specific Year Level or Boarding House team — ready to build a new level of trust, connection, and cohesion. My role is to create a space of deep psychological safety where connection and courage can emerge.

The Process: In this immersive, full-day workshop, we use the iEQ9 Team Report as our map. As your facilitator, I will guide your team to:

  • Map your collective strengths, communication patterns, and blind spots.

  • Build a strong foundation of psychological safety and trust.

  • Develop a shared, non-judgmental language, grounded in compassion and perspective, to navigate conflict constructively.

  • Learn how to leverage your diverse styles to support one another more effectively and make better, more confident decisions.

The Outcome: Your team will leave with a calibrated compass for leading change together. They will have the tools and the trust to have more honest, courageous conversations and function as a truly cohesive and resilient core.

Anchoring Your Practice

Ongoing Team Coaching

What it is: True transformation isn't an event; it's a practice. 'Anchoring Your Practice' is an annual partnership designed to embed the clarity, courage, and connection from your foundational workshop into the daily rhythm of your leadership, ensuring the change is truly lived and sustained.

The Process: This annual partnership consists of four confidential, 90-minute deep-dive sessions, held once per school term. This creates a consistent rhythm of support where we will work together to:

  • Apply your Enneagram insights to solve real-time leadership challenges.

  • Navigate difficult conversations and complex team dynamics with more confidence.

  • Embed the habits of conscious, non-reactive leadership into your daily practice.

  • Stay aligned with your purpose and lead with renewed energy and greater impact.

The Outcome: The learning from the initial workshop is not just a memory; it becomes a living practice. Your leadership team develops the capacity to self-correct and lead with sustained clarity, connection, and resilience. This ensures you are leading in a way that is sustainable both for your own wellbeing and for your long-term impact on the school.

Extending the Ripple Effect

The three-step pathway is a powerful journey. For those who wish to extend the ripple effect, our partnership can evolve to include bespoke support such as:

  • Workshops for Your Staff: Practical, interactive workshops to build skills and enhance wellbeing. We can explore the Enneagram to help teachers understand the 'why' behind student behaviour and how to support them best, or use our popular 'Playing to Our Strengths' (using Cappfinity Strengths) session to energise staff and combat burnout.

  • Support for Your Parent Community: Engaging workshops for parents to enhance the family-school partnership, including the evidence-based 'Tuning in to Kids'® emotional intelligence parenting program.

  • The Culture & Wellbeing Map: A deep-dive review where I confidentially listen to the voices of your community (staff, students, and/or parents) to understand their experiences. From these conversations, we co-create a clear, compassionate, strategic plan for whole-school change.
